Madeleine Wong

I co-lead the Attraction team within Recruitment at Frontline.  Our goal is to source, select and hire diverse individuals who have the potential to become excellent social workers on the Frontline programme. My role is to manage the attraction strategy to source talent and build the brand across university and career changer audiences. I also work closely with the marketing team to ensure the success of our advertising and marketing campaigns.

My colleagues are all super passionate about Frontline's mission and it shows in the work we do everyday. The culture of freedom and responsibility is fantastic; I love having the flexibility to work in a way that suits me, while also being trusted to solve problems and achieve great results. 

I joined Frontline as a People Partner in July 2020, before changing roles in March 2022. Before moving into the charity sector, I was a senior recruitment specialist at Accenture where I also completed a two-year HR graduate programme. I am originally from Hong Kong but have lived in the UK since moving here to complete my Bachelor's degree in Psychological & Behavioural Sciences at the University of Cambridge.
